Problem

Every year, 15 million girls are married before the age of 18 across countries, cultures, religions and ethnicities. Ending this childhood marriage requires work across all sectors and at all levels. In a giant step forward, the Ford Foundation, Girls Not Brides, and Children's Investment Fund Foundation came together to establish a joint fund in order to expand resources to community-based organizations leading the fight to end child marriage. Our goal was to establish a trustworthy brand for this new fund that could inspire new donors to further fund these grassroots organizations in their important work.

Our Approach

We built an aspirational brand and website that communicates the importance of helping children realize their rights and potential while inspiring donors of all sizes to contribute to the cause.

01

Establishing the Logo

Push10 worked with the fund’s marketing working group across multiple organizations and time zones to develop the new Fund's logo and brand style.

Soaring to New Heights

In the logo design, a bird in flight is seamlessly interlaced with the profile of a young girl. The girl looks upward while the wings at her back allude to an open and free future full of possibility. In addition, the interwoven line art execution speaks to the layered & contextual local solutions at the heart of Girls First Fund.
