2017 – A Year in Review
As 2018 is now upon us, it’s time to reflect on the past year – and what a year it was! Here’s a quick look back at some key moments that made 2017 so great, and put us in a position to ring in the New Year with a bang.
Planting the Seeds for a Great Year
As is often the case, we spent much of Q1 furthering our own brand, wrapping up projects, and planning new ones. In April, we were thrilled to kick-off a bevy of exciting new endeavors for Philabundance, Richardson, Resource Real Estate, just to name a few. It was shaping up to be a VERY busy year indeed.
Sustainable Growth
By the time Spring turned to Summer, our team was growing as we added additional project managers and designers to continue to execute projects at a very high level. In 2017, we were pleased to welcome Jayna Fey, Carly Sylvester, and Jeff Ciocci to our team. With this additional growth, we realized our old office space was a bit lacking, to put it lightly. Although our previous office was charming and felt like home, our team had simply outgrown it. We knew it was time to move, and thus the search for new office space began!
Our New Home
We searched far and wide, but ultimately we were able to find a new space right here in Old City. Formerly a yoga studio, we faced a rather large buildout, but as a result, we wound up with a perfect new home that should serve our team well for years to come.
“Launchpocolypse”
As we moved into Fall, many projects were wrapping up and prepping for launch. We launched a record number of sites in October and November, each one providing a huge boost to our clients’ brand recognition and overall marketing efforts. Below is just a sampling of the exciting new projects we launched in 2017:
- Philabundance
- Richardson
- Resource Real Estate
- Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative
- Quench
- Carversville Farm Foundation
We also created a number of exciting new brand identities, along with their supporting websites, for these notable clients:
- Knowles Teacher Initiative
- Enliven Planters
- Princeton Nuclear Futures Lab
- Westminster Online Learning
The Holidays
By the time December rolled around, we were finally able to unwind a bit and take a much-needed break. To celebrate as a team, we enjoyed an amazing private dinner made by Vesta Underground at the Balboa Supper Club, and were lucky to have one of our most valued partners, Philip Gabriel Photography, shoot the event for us!
Looking Ahead
With an eye towards the future, we are looking to continue to grow at a steady and sustainable rate, and keep our sights set on delivering top-notch branding solutions to our clients in Philadelphia and beyond!
